Mapping questions and custom fields to Cordial
When adding custom fields to ConvertFlow quiz and form elements, you can choose to select from "Cordial fields". This allows you to map contact info entered into the ConvertFlow custom field to the correct contact custom field in Cordial.
Mapping survey fields to Cordial custom fields
When you create a survey, quiz, or form element in ConvertFlow, click on the "Map to custom field" dropdown in the builder panel, and you can select from your Cordial custom fields:
Mapping preset ConvertFlow fields to Cordial custom fields
On your website's Integrations page, when you have Cordial connected, you'll see a "Manage" button that, when clicked, allows you to map ConvertFlow's preset contact fields to Cordial custom fields.
This is useful for mapping contact info added to ConvertFlow's preset fields through ConvertFlow's forms that isn't already mapped to fixed fields in Cordial. For example, "first name" and "email address" are already mapped to Cordial for you.
To map a preset field, click the dropdown next to the field name and select the Cordial custom field you would like ConvertFlow's preset fields to be mapped to. Then you're set.
