With ConvertFlow’s Zapier integration, you can begin sending your field values to any app you can connect to Zapier.

Creating Zaps

To get started, all you have to do is click “Create a Zap” from your website’s integrations area, and this launches the Zap interface in your Zapier account.

Triggers for Zapier

Once you’ve connected your ConvertFlow account to Zapier, here are the ConvertFlow trigger options you’ll see in Zapier:

  • Contact Created or Updated: Triggers when a contact is created or updated by all campaigns or a selected campaign.

  • Fields Submitted by Visitor: Receive field values from ConvertFlow form, survey and quiz submissions by visitors and contacts. Receive submissions from all campaigns or a selected campaign.

  • Webhook Automation: Triggers the zap when webhook automations added to elements are triggered.

Configuring webhook automations

When you want to trigger your zaps only when the visitor has converted on a specific element, use the "Webhook Automation" trigger.

This will create a custom webhook in ConvertFlow for you, using the name you've supplied.

Next, you'll need to add a "Trigger webhook" automation to the specific element you want to trigger the zap.

Choose the webhook from the dropdown using the name you gave it when creating the zap.

Actions for ConvertFlow

Zapier can also perform actions in ConvertFlow:

  • Create or update contact: Create and update contact records in ConvertFlow. Send custom field values to segment contacts for targeting.

  • Delete contact: Automate compliance workflows that need to delete contact records.

Examples

How can you use this to automate your tasks and marketing workflows?

Here are a few examples to get the ideas flowing:

  • Do you use a CRM that we don’t directly integrate with yet? No problem. Make a Zap!

  • Want to automatically register newly captured leads to an upcoming webinar you’re hosting? Zapier has got this.

Don't use Zapier?

If you want to create custom integrations with other API connectors, you can do so by creating custom webhooks in ConvertFlow.
