What if you add a new list or tag in ConvertKit, and ConvertFlow doesn't yet show this list in your automations?

Just click the "Resync" link next to the ConvertKit logo, and ConvertFlow will get the latest data from ConvertKit. 

By default, ConvertFlow will refresh your ConvertKit integration at least once per day.
