By default, ConvertFlow will identify contacts on your website by tracking email field submissions from all forms on your website.

This is beneficial because more visitors you've identified as contacts in ConvertFlow means more contacts included in your campaigns targeting contacts by their CRM data, more attribution data for your reporting, etc.

How to disable custom HTML form tracking

However, in many cases, you'll need to disable this automatic form tracking, either for the entire site or for specific pages.

If you want to disable form tracking for specific pages, you can disable form tracking and campaigns from specific URL paths using site-wide conditions.

To disable it for the entire site, untoggle the "Track HTML Forms" option in your website's settings (Website > Settings).
