When getting product support from ConvertFlow's support team, your support rep will likely ask for a link to your campaign.

For your support rep to be able to see your website setup in ConvertFlow, you'll need to enable support access for that website.

Enabling access

To enable support access for a single website, go to the website's settings and scroll to the section to enable support access.

To enable support access for multiple websites, click the link below, toggle the websites you want to have support access, and then click save

When access is enabled

Support reps

Once support access is enabled for your website, support reps will now have view-only access to the website.

This means they can see your website's campaigns and configuration, so they can spot potential changes to your implementation and show you how to perform them.

Account manager

If your account has an assigned account manager (depending on your plan), they already have view-only access to your websites, even without support access enabled.

With support access enabled, only then will account managers be able to make edits to your website. This is useful for when your account manager is helping with onboarding a website in your account and assisting with launching campaigns.

Revoking support access

When a website no longer needs support access, your account's users can revoke support access for a website.
