Showcasing customer reviews and testimonials is fast and easy using ConvertFlow's "reviews" element.

Show the right reviews to the right visitors in your landing page funnels, in targeted popups, dynamic embeds, and more.

Adding a reviews element

To add a reviews element, select it when adding a new element.

The reviews element will show your customer reviews in a structured feed you can filter, sort and style with quick design settings, instead of having to manage custom content and layouts yourself.

Choosing a reviews source

By default, the reviews element will use ConvertFlow as the reviews source.

You can also choose another customer reviews source, like Yotpo and Okendo.

Filtering and sorting your reviews

Once you've chosen a reviews source, you can filter the reviews that show.

Either dynamically filter reviews based on keyword, date and rating filters, or manually select the reviews you'd like to show.

Once you've set the reviews filter, you can control how the reviews are sorted, such as by date, rating and more.

Reviews added to ConvertFlow can be managed site-wide from Settings > Reviews so you can re-use the same reviews across your campaigns.

Conditionally showing reviews

By add conditional reviews, you can use ConvertFlow's conditional logic to determine which reviews are shown based on conditions such as question answers, funnel progress, contact segmentation and site activity.

For example, if our funnel is targeted to cat owners, we can filter reviews to only reviews that mention the keyword "cat" if the person is in the "Cat owners" segment.

Toggling content for reviews

The reviews element makes it easy to show review content like star rating, title, content, customer avatar, logo, video, review date, review source, etc.

You can show/hide review content by toggling their respective settings, as well as determine the maximum number of reviews shown, like so:

Styling review elements

Click to the "Design" tab of the element to control the reviews element's styling.

Adjust the layout, fonts, colors and more.
