Targeting conversion campaigns to Shopify shopper segments
Once you've connected ConvertFlow to Shopify, you'll now find these Shopify targeting condition options:

When building a campaign in ConvertFlow, to display it only for a certain shopper segment, head to the Launch page and you'll be able to add Shopify targeting conditions by clicking "Add Condition".
*IMPORTANT: Enabling Shopify customer targeting requires toggling an option in the Shopify's integration settings. Go to Settings > Integrations and then click to manage the Shopify integration. Once this option is enabled and saved, ConvertFlow will add a snippet to your Shopify theme that is required for customer targeting to work.
Personalizing funnel outcomes for Shopify shopper segments
In ConvertFlow, you can build multi-step funnels that conditionally display personalized outcomes to people based on their progress, as well as based on Shopify cart and order data.
For example, by using conditional actions, when a shopper on your website engages with a quiz funnel, you can display a personalized outcome of that quiz based on their Shopify cart status.
You can also use skip logic to tailor your funnels for returning shoppers based on their current Shopify cart.
