Connecting Salesforce

First, head to your ConvertFlow website's integrations area:

Click to connect with Salesforce and give ConvertFlow permissions to access Salesforce.

And now Salesforce and ConvertFlow are connected!

ConvertFlow will now start pulling in your fields, campaigns, etc. so you can map custom fields and segment contacts in Salesforce as they submit your ConvertFlow forms, quizzes, landing pages, and more:

Enabling Person Accounts integration

If you're Salesforce is configured to use Person Accounts, here's how to enable the integration.

After integrating Salesforce with ConvertFlow, you'll now see the "Use Person Accounts" toggle. Enable this and click to save.

After that, click to resync the integration to fetch your Salesforce's Person Accounts field data.
