Mapping questions and custom fields to Salesforce

When adding questions to quiz elements, and custom fields to form elements, you can choose to select from "Salesforce fields".

This allows you to map contact info entered into the ConvertFlow custom field, into the correct contact custom field in Salesforce.

Mapping preset ConvertFlow fields to Salesforce custom fields

On your website's integrations page, click to manage the integration and you can map ConvertFlow's preset contact fields to Salesforce custom fields.

This is useful for mapping contact info added to ConvertFlow's preset contact fields, that aren't already mapped to fixed fields in Salesforce. For example, "email address" is already mapped to Salesforce's contact fields for you.

Just enter the data name of the Salesforce custom field you would like ConvertFlow's preset fields to be mapped to, and you're set!
