Mapping contact fields
On your website's integrations page, click to manage the integration and you can map ConvertFlow's preset contact fields to Salesforce custom fields.
This is useful for mapping contact info added to ConvertFlow's preset contact fields, that aren't already mapped to fixed fields in Salesforce. For example, "email address" is already mapped to Salesforce's fields for you.
Just enter the data name of the Salesforce custom field you would like ConvertFlow's preset fields to be mapped to, and you're set!
Note: If you're using Salesforce Person Accounts and are not seeing Person Account fields, follow the integration instructions to have ConvertFlow use Person Accounts and then resync your integration.
Form custom fields
When adding custom fields to form elements, you can choose to select from "Salesforce fields".
This allows you to map field values entered into the ConvertFlow custom field, into the correct contact custom field in Salesforce.
Quiz questions & surveys
You can also map to Salesforce the questions you add to quiz elements, as well as survey elements.
