By using ConvertFlow's funnel builder for Salesforce you can personalize funnel paths for landing pages, forms popups, quizzes, and more, based on custom field selections and Salesforce campaign engagement.
For example:
Guide leads to the right funnel outcomes
Changing which calendars are available
Showing personalized quiz results
Salesforce targeting conditions
Once you've integrated Salesforce with ConvertFlow, you'll now find these Salesforce contact targeting conditions enabled:
If person is in campaign in Salesforce
If person is NOT in campaign in Salesforce
Use these conditions to target your ConvertFlow campaigns and personalize your website funnels.
Salesforce website personalization merge tags
Contact merge tags used in your funnel's content can display your Salesforce lead's name, custom fields, etc.
Identifying Salesforce contacts on your website
ConvertFlow identifies Salesforce contacts on your website when:
The visitor submits any email form on your website
The visitor visits your website with their Salesforce email in the URL
Or when they're identified by the ConvertFlow Javascript API "identify" function
This means once ConvertFlow is installed on your website, starting then it will begin tracking all new form submissions to identify them as contacts and sync with their Salesforce contact record.
If you have an existing list in Salesforce that you want ConvertFlow to identify, you can do so by appending their contact details to your email hyperlinks in Salesforce by pasting this Salesforce merge tag at the end of your URL:
?salesforce_id={{Contact.Email}}
Also, if your website is a membership site or web application where their email address is known, you can use ConvertFlow's Javascript API to identify the visitor.
