Scheduler elements

Paste your scheduling link and drive bookings from ConvertFlow funnels

Written by Jonathan Denney

With ConvertFlow's scheduler element, you can add the link to your booking platform's calendar widget and drive bookings from your ConvertFlow funnels.

Scheduling providers

Common scheduling providers (Calendly, HubSpot, GoHighLevel etc) are natively supported, with conversion tracking and funnel redirects automatically handled.

Copy your scheduling link and paste it in the settings.

Toggle the ability to have known field values pre-filled in the scheduling widget.

Click the advanced settings icon and you'll also find controls for the calendar widget depending on the provider.

Conditional schedulers

Add a "conditional scheduler" to change the scheduling link if the lead meets certain conditions.

For example, if the lead is qualified, you might want to show a different calendar or a different scheduling provider entirely.

Booking confirmation

By default, ConvertFlow will respect your scheduling platform's booking confirmation and track the conversion in ConvertFlow's funnel reports.

If you click to the actions tab, you can change the confirmation action upon conversion:

  • Redirect to a URL

  • Jump to another funnel step

  • Display a ConvertFlow campaign

  • Open the SMS messenger

  • Scroll to anchor

  • Show a thank you message

  • Fire a custom script

Automations

Upon conversion, you can fire automations in your integrations.

Examples:

  • Add the booking lead to a list/tag/element

  • Send your team an email or Slack alert

  • Send a webhook

Conditional actions

Scheduler elements also support conditional actions.

Add conditional actions for different scenarios to change the confirmation action and run automations conditionally.
