Providing a live chat experience and receiving visitor feedback can be done with the help of ConvertFlow's multiple features.
Visitor feedback
Collecting visitor feedback can be done through a ConvertFlow form or survey element.
A survey element on its own can provide feedback stats without needing to collect a visitor's contact data:
A form element with a feedback field will require the visitor to provide their email or phone number to access their responses. This is necessary because form field data needs to be attributed to a contact profile.
Using both elements can be a great strategy for creating a comprehensive visitor feedback campaign and capturing invaluable data.
Live chat
Although ConvertFlow doesn't currently have a native live chat feature, we can provide the tools necessary to add a third-party live chat widget to a campaign.
Live chat platforms will provide an install code that you can add to a landing page’s script manager. Their code will allow the live chat widget to be displayed on our landing pages.

NOTE: While ConvertFlow provides the tools to add custom code to campaigns, helping write and troubleshoot any custom code added to ConvertFlow goes beyond the scope of our support offerings while on our self-service plans.
Alternatively, if the live chat platform provides an embed code for their widget, this can be added to an HTML element in any campaign.
