Inviting team and client users

Collaborate with a team and clients with user permissions

ConvertFlow is built from the ground up for marketing teams and agencies.

As an account owner user, quickly invite other users to the account and control their access through the "Users" page.

Simply click the "Add +" button to create a new user profile and automatically send an invite to that person:

User access

Add the person's email address and select the permissions they will have based on the role type they'll have. An invitation will be automatically sent to the email added when clicking "Invite User":

  • Owners: Have access to the entire account, can transfer account ownership to other admin users, and can remove any user from the account

  • Admins: Can invite users, remove any user type (except owners), manage billing, assign ownership to themselves, and have access to all websites on the account

  • Collaborators: Can access every website in the account but don't have admin access to billing and users

  • Clients: Only have access to a specific website determined by the account owner or admin

NOTE: To change a user's access/role, the user needs to be deleted from the account and then invited back with a new role

User preferences

Each user will be able to add an avatar image, name, last name, phone number, and select their email communication preferences:

NOTE: To change the user info (name, last name, phone, picture), this must be done from the user's login; account owners or admins won't be able to do this for other users.

These options can be accessed from the user's "Settings" by clicking their profile options:

If the designated account owner needs to be updated, the current owner or any admin users can assign a new owner or remove any other team member by using the "options" dropdown:
