In the ConvertFlow account dashboard, click the "Billing" link in the navigation to see the current plan, usage, billing info, and invoices:

Managing a subscription plan

To adjust a plan, click the "Manage Subscription" button to choose the plan that best fits the website's needs:

When adjusting a plan during the middle of the billing cycle, ConvertFlow's payment provider Stripe will prorate the subscription to account for the time on each plan in between invoices.

We recommend selecting a plan tier 20% above the expected monthly views to avoid autoscaling charges. ConvertFlow will automatically upgrade the plan's tier once the view limits are surpassed to ensure the smooth functioning of our features.

Adding and updating a credit card

Click the "Update payment method" button on the billing page to add or update an existing card:

To start a free trial of any of our paid plans, a verified credit card needs to be added to the account. No charges will be taken from the credit card on file until the trial period ends unless the trial hasn't been canceled before the trial end date.

Downloading invoices

On the account's billing page, it's possible to see past invoices and download them as PDFs:

NOTE: The amount shown for a paid invoice on the billing page will reflect the standard plan and/or tier price. The payment breakdown is better reflected in the invoice preview itself or the downloaded PDF.

Some businesses may require adding company information to invoices for billing purposes. Should this be the case, please reach out to the ConvertFlow team through the chat widget or email us at support@convertflow.com.

Keeping in mind that these will only show in future invoices and not those that have already been created and charged.
