A ConvertFlow plan can be upgraded or downgraded at any point of the billing period through the account's "Billing" page.

Start by heading to "Billing" in the account dashboard and click on "Manage Subscription":

In the subscription manager, the plan and tier can both be upgraded or downgraded at any point during the billing period. Select the desired plan or tier and click on "Switch to this plan":

Considerations when upgrading or downgrading a paid subscription

  • To avoid autoscaling charges due to increased campaign views, we recommend selecting a tier limit about 20% above the expected views.

  • Scaling up a subscription's view tier is done automatically to accommodate for an unexpected increase in views and ensure campaigns continue to run smoothly.

  • Scaling down a tier needs to be done manually through the account's subscription management page.

  • When scaling up or upgrading a plan or tier, the new value will be charged in the next billing period's invoice as well as the prorated amount.

  • When scaling down or downgrading a plan or tier, the remaining prorated amount from the paid invoice will be added to the account as credit and will be used in the following billing period's invoice.

  • If an account surpasses its view limits three months in a row, we'll reach out and request selecting an appropriate tier to prevent monthly autoscaling.
