How to cancel
Sign in to the ConvertFlow account and click on "Billing":
Select "Manage Subscription" to access the subscription management page:
In the subscription management page, click on the "Need to cancel? Click here" option:
On the next page, options to schedule a cancelation call with a team member, continue with the cancelation process, or head back to the account without canceling will come up:
The following steps will request for the cancelation reason and feedback. We appreciate selecting a reason for the cancelation and providing some feedback that can help us improve our product and service:

The final step to cancel the subscription is to click on the red "Process the cancelation" button:
What happens next
After the cancelation process has been submitted, what happens to the account depends on the subscription the account is on:
Free Trial
A free trial will be automatically charged to the card on file once the trial period ends. This is why our trials can be canceled before their end date to avoid getting charged and continue to use the trial until the end of the period.
Once the cancelation request is submitted and the trial period ends, the account will be automatically downgraded to a Free Plan.
NOTE: When the card on file is declined and the trial wasn't canceled before the end date, the account will be automatically downgraded to the Free Plan but the invoice may still be charged. Should this happen, please reach out to the team through the chat widget or at support@convertflow.com.
Monthly Subscription
When a monthly subscription is canceled, the plan will continue to run until the end of the current billing period. Once that ends, no additional invoices will be created or charged and the account will be automatically downgraded to a Free Plan.
Annual Subscription
An annual subscription can be canceled at any point but will continue to run until the end of the current annual period. Similarly as with a monthly plan, once the annual period ends, no additional invoices will be created or charged and the account will be automatically downgraded to a Free Plan.
