Although a hyperlinked text won't track click conversions, it's possible to track a URL redirect click by adding the text to a button element instead of a text element.
Depending on the desired effect, the steps below will provide details on how to track a clickable text's conversions.
Adding the whole text to a button
Start by creating a standalone button element:
Add the entire text or the section of text that needs to perform the action to the button. When using the entire text, a specific word can be underlined to make it look like it's clickable:

When using only a section of the text, the button style can be edited to have 0 opacity so the button integrates seamlessly with the rest of the text. Then, adjust the margins so the button element overlays the text element:
Finally, use the button’s "Actions" and select the “Redirect to URL” option to add the address to the URL field:
