Click to the "Overview" page of your campaign, and you'll be able to get in-depth reports on how your campaign is converting across the funnel and across timeframes.

Viewers – This is the total count of people who saw your campaign. If your campaign is a popup, sticky bar or embed, a viewer of that campaign is tracked only when the campaign becomes visible.

Conversions – This is the total count of people who engaged with the first step of your campaign, by clicking a button, submitting a form or selecting a survey option.

Conversion Rate – This is the percentage of viewers who converted on the first step of the campaign.

Completions – This is the total count of people who completed your campaign, which is insightful when your campaign has multiple funnel steps.

Completion Rate – This is the percentage of viewers who completed the campaign, based on where you've set completions to be tracked (See below).

Added To Cart – This is the total count of people who clicked to add a product to cart using the products element.

Add To Cart Rate – This is the percentage of viewers who added a product to cart.

Purchased – The unique count of conversions who purchased within 7 days.

Purchase Rate – The percentage of unique conversions who purchased within 7 days.

Revenue – The total revenue attributed to customers who converted within 7 days before purchasing.

Average Revenue – The average revenue attributed to customers who converted within 7 days before purchasing.

Important note: If you've enabled ConvertFlow for a Shopify 2.0 theme and revenue is not being attributed to campaigns, head to Website > Integrations, click to manage the Shopify integration, click to re-authenticate and then give ConvertFlow access to Shopify. This will ensure ConvertFlow has access to all the permissions it needs to configure the attribution pixel.

Getting a funnel breakdown

To get more in-depth funnel reports, scroll down, and for each campaign variant, you'll be able to see how many people are progressing through your funnel, what element is driving the most conversions, as well as get insights into what dropdown fields, survey options and products your visitors are selecting.

Advanced tip: If you have Shopify connected, those who purchase within 7 days of converting will have revenue attributed to all campaigns, variants, funnel steps, elements, and selections they clicked within the 7-day attribution window leading up to purchasing.

Controlling where funnel completions are tracked

When a visitor engages with a form, button, or survey in the first step of your campaign, they'll be tracked as a "conversion".

However, what if your campaign has 3 funnel steps, and the last step is the most important conversion you want to track separately?

Using completion tracking, you can have specific elements contribute to the "completions" and "completion rate" metrics of your campaign.

Select the form, button, survey or product element you want to track completions upon clicking, click on "Manage Actions" in the builder panel, click to add an automation and choose the "Track completion of campaign" automation type.

Then click to create the automation and your campaign will start tracking completions when this element is clicked.

Pro tip: If you're using broadcasts, completion tracking also helps you determine on which step of a campaign you want the automations added to the broadcast to fire.
