Hyperlinking an image may come in handy if the image is meant to redirect to a URL but not have a click tracked, for example, social media icons on a landing page.

Start by adding a text element to the campaign:

Once the text element is added, use the image icon to add the image to the text element:

When the image is added, the text editor can be used to hyperlink it:
